Excellent property with a lot of interesting fine details. The staff was welcoming and friendly. It was a birthday occasion for us. Several staff came in to sing birthday song with placards. And gave us complimentary photo.

All the stuff at the property were extremely friendly. The location is very good. Food is very good. Also ochacha store accross the street. The owner is extremely friendly

One of the best hotels I've stayed in Japan. Staff were friendly, helpful, caring to all aspects of our stay. Walkable to different restaurants and staff were willing to help us make reservations. Highly recommended.

館内は清潔感がありスタッフの方も感じよくとくに帰りの際の写真撮影お手振りでのお見送りまた行きたいと思いました。高齢で足腰悪い母の為に事前の準備感謝します。お料理も手が込んで見た目もよく大変美味しくいただきました。朝のメニュー表のイラストお上手です。タンブラーも巾着袋も便利で記念になりました。
