The apartment is a three-room apartment with an area of 60 m2, located on the elevated ground floor. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom for adults and a room for children, a bathroom, a balcony and a terrace. There is a parking space next to the apartment. The apartment building was put into use in January this year 2023. It is located 100 m from the sea on a beautiful, wide beach. It includes video surveillance, access control systems and many other functions designed to ensure the safety of residents. Rowy lies between the Baltic Sea on one side and Lake Gardno, which is part of the Slowinski National Park, on the other. Details: WLAN A playground nearby in the estate. The Slowinski National Park borders Rowy to the north. Along the Baltic coast there is a dune belt with fascinating moving dunes, beautiful lakes, mystical marshes, meadows, heaths and coastal forests. The UNESCO-recognized wetlands with lakes and rivers are worth visiting: a walk in the dunes or along dunes up to 40 m high is an amazing experience. If you want to sunbathe and relax, swim or read, find a place on the beautiful beaches and enjoy the cool waters of the Baltic Sea.
