You can rent this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, fully furnished house weekly Saturday to Saturday during peek season of July and August. Off season months are from September through June which can be rented for any amount of time. It's located at 1610 park ave in sylvan beach ny, just steps away from your paradise. Amenities that include: central air, full kitchen with dishwasher,garbage disposal, microwave,and range, in unit washer and dryer, flat screen tv with dvd player, cable, wifi, bbq, outdoor patio, beach chairs, umbrella, pop up cover, beach towels, blankets, sheets, towels, laundry soap, dish-dishwasher detergent, toiletries, hand soap, and cleaning supplies.

Convenient location, very clean, everything works as it should. Any communication with the property owners is responded to quickly. I would recommend this property 100%. And should the opportunity arise to visit again, it’s the first location I would choose.

Wish we had stayed for a month

We traveled here with family for graduation weekend. The hosts were absolutely awesome. Answered every question we had and SUPER friendly. The house was just at it says in its name.....FABULOUS!!! Very spacious, super clean, had literally everything you need. You only need to bring your clothing. Just steps to the lake, very quiet neighborhood. If you are traveling anywhere near Sylvan Beach/Syracuse/Verona Beach area......this is absolutely your place. Bedroom and bathroom on main level was perfect for Grammy. Lots of closet space! House even had some games and a CD player! Perfect place for a getaway!! The hosts really treated us like family and not just a renter. Appreciate all they did!!! If we ever are in the area again, we will absolutely stay here. If you are comparing places.......stop comparing.......this is your place!!

Wonderful time!

We had a great stay at this clean, bright, comfortable home. Enjoyed the view of the lake across the street & the easy beach access, beautiful sunsets. We appreciated all the things the host provides, besides sheets & towels there were many other basic essentials, which was very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Simply Super

Five "senior" adults were very comfortable in this well-appointed house. Central to Sylvan Beach and restaurants. While we were all adults, the hosts have provided everything a family with children would need and more. We would happily return and enjoy it a second time.

Perfect vaca place!

This rental was perfect! Clean, nicely set up, easy beach access, walking distance to anything in town. Gas station and convenience store was right across the street. Views were great and central air was a blessing! Thank you for sharing this beautiful place!

It REALLY is a FABULOUS BEACHOUSE!

Super clean and more spacious than pictures capture. Easy access to the beach where even on a 90 degree afternoon, wasn't crowded and so very relaxing. Definitely plan to cook or grill at the house as restaurants in the area are limited and can get packed quickly (even on a weeknight). The owners are very nice, thoughtful and close by, so you really won't need to bring anything but food and your bathing suit :)

A bright interior spacious home located close to beach

Loved being close to beach. There is a sand pathway across street to beach very short waking distance. Loved the interior light & airy. Was a great vacation for family. Would rent again

"The Fabulous Beach House" was FABULOUS

The house was perfectly clean and loaded with everything you would need for a normal week at home. It is on the opposite side of the road from the beach, but I could throw a softball onto the sand from the porch and it has direct access to the beach! Walking distance to the store, restaurants, and the amusement park. We used the car once all week and only because it was raining. Very highly recommended!

It IS a fabulous beach house!

This house is clean and modern. Just right for 6 people and a few kids. A little crowded for more than that but we made it work with 7 adults/5 children and really enjoyed it. The children played on the porch on the side of the house (I wish there was a deck) and even played in the street which has minimal traffic. We could not all eat at the same time at the table but eating in shifts worked. The beach is very close, the children could walk on their own and meet adults already down there. We loved that we could walk to all the restaurants, amusement park and especially the ice cream shop! We were disappointed there was only one breakfast place in town but Mary's Diner is 5 minutes away by car. Owner is local and very attentive. We hope to come back!

Great Beach house

This house had everything we needed and wanted, very clean, right across the street from the beach. Very close to convenience store and Dollar General. Central air was awesome, we used the wifi, grill, pool floaties for the lake, beach chairs and umbrella (all included with the house). Would highly recommend this property to any family wanting a relaxing vacation. Short drives away are movie theaters, casinos and great restaurants.

Wonderful time had by all-perfect spot

The location was fabulous (the home is appropriately named), great views, close to the water and all local activities, as well as the Turning Stone, State Fair and for me and my mother--a visit to our hometown to pop in on relatives. The house was as described, clean and provided for all amenities. The owners were responsive, friendly and accommodating. Thanks for making our stay wonderful and memorable.
