The property offers a swimming pool, hiking trails, a large fire pit, volleyball net, outdoor pavilion, tire swings, horse shoes, soccer goals and large shade trees for enjoying nature. In the evening watch the sun set while the deer graze in the field.
Rio Vista offers 3 bedrooms; 1 king, 1 Queen & 2 Bunkbeds and 2 full bathrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, range top oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pot. It has a living room with two couches and two chairs. The dining area has a large dining table for 6.
