We tried to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. Staff refused to work with us and we lost 1200 dollars as a result. Four Seasons is just another company that puts profit over people. They could have easily rebooked the room but they chose not to. It is a sad reflection on their company.

The room had issues and things in it were broken. We did not feel comfortable or safe. the food was terrible and it was disappointing considering the amount of money spent to stay and dine there. The spa was nice and gym was nice.

This Four Seasons property is absolutely a fabulous resort from the architecture, style, finishes, and chalet feel. It's very convenient to both Vail and Lions Head Villages. The mountains and scenery is extraordinary. We visited towards the end of June and the weather was fantastic - 70's & 50's everyday. The staff is friendly, helpful, and all had great attitudes - customer-centric mindset. Love the option of car service drop off/pick up within the Village, very convenient. I mentioned to the hotel staff it was our mini-moon and every amenity we used, e.g. Spa, driver, restaurants, etc., greeted us knowing it was our mini-moon which made it extra special. Housekeeping knew when we were not in our room and every time we came back the room was immaculate, petals and candles on the bed, Champagne & chocolate strawberries, the whole deal...super nice touch. We'll be back without a doubt! Thank you for making our mini-moon a very special occassion for us!!

This was truly a dream stay. Four Seasons in Vail exceeded every expectation. From the spacious and elegantly designed room — where every little detail was perfectly thought through — to the luxurious spa that became a true place of renewal, every moment here was infused with care. A special thank you to the concierge team — their attentiveness, kindness, and genuine willingness to help turned my stay from simply comfortable to absolutely unforgettable. They helped organize everything: restaurant reservations, local experiences, and the perfect recommendations for walks and relaxation. You feel like you’re truly welcomed here — like your time and presence matter. The service is never intrusive, yet always available exactly when needed. I wholeheartedly recommend it — this is more than just a hotel. It’s an experience. And it was magical.
