We gave a low rating due to poor customer service. The woman who checked us in spoke limited English and came across as quite arrogant, which was disappointing. Also, be aware that parking fees are significant and not clearly disclosed during the booking process, which adds noticeably to the total cost. The hotel itself was fine—clean and comfortable—but during the off-season it felt rather empty and quiet.

Clean facility, friendly staff and pretty view. Howver, this property is located directly on the freeway and is very noisy. Do not bother paying for a balcony because they are facing the freeway and even with the door closed it is extremely loud.

There was no information about parking during reservation. Once reserved and no opportunity to cancel, I started getting email that parking is FC/FS and could be offsite, 1 mile away, however shuttle will be provided. Guest should have at least 1 spot for car if they are guest at the hotel regardless if there’s a fee and not inconvenient them to park the car a mile away. Then we were told 35$ to park the car offsite. Seriously?? Totally unacceptable.
