This condo sits on the third floor of Fallridge, a complex that's enviably situated on the first tee of Vail Golf Club's PGA Championship course. You'll be just over a mile from ski lifts, great restaurants, and all sorts of shops in the heart of Vail Village, which is easily reached via the free Town of Vail shuttle. The free shuttle service will bring you directly to the Golden Peak Ski Lift. a day of adventure, enjoy access to a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot tub, a game room with foosball and Ping-Pong, and a conference room on the grounds.

Leave your car in the secure underground parking, take the elevator upstairs, and make yourself at home amid hardwood flooring, custom lighting, and a beautiful view at every turn. Get started on dinner in the well-equipped kitchen or outside on the gas grill, gather around the dining room table to swap stories of the day's adventures, and pile on the sofas after to watch movies by the wood-burning fireplace.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
