Casa Magenta 2 can sleep up to 6 guests using the sofa bed in the living room, The second bedroom of the apartment can be configured as two single beds or one queen bed on request. A baby cot and highchair are also available on request. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, a large living room with large flat screen internet ready HD TV, CD/DVD player, sound system and a well-furnished kitchen/diner. The apartment has free Wi-Fi. There is also a private guest's courtyard and relaxation area with tables, chairs and parasol.

There are two disabled parking spaces in front of the apartment, taken on a first come basis. There is also an unloading area in front of the property and free parking is available a short walk away in Piazza Della Repubblica, and paid parking in the adjacent street, Via Novembre 4.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Valeggio Sul Mincio, 5 minutes' walk from the entrance of the famous park "Parco Sigurtà". In the centre of Valeggio Sul Mincio there are many restaurants offering the famous "nodo d'amore" - handmade Tortellini created in Valeggio Sul Mincio.

The apartment is perfectly situated for exploring Valeggio Sul Mincio, Borghetto, Parco Sigurtà, to play golf, or to go fishing on the river Mincio or to cycle on many beautiful cycling routes from Peschiera to Borghetto, Mantova and Verona. Sailing and Boating are available on beautiful Lake Garda.

Motorsports enthusiasts will be ideally placed for visiting Brescia home to the Mille Miglia, the Nuvolari Museum in Mantova as well as the home of Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Ducatti, Pagani and numerous other museums in Bologna, Modena and Maranello, which are all within a comfortable driving distance.

Lake Garda is very close by with the lakeside town of Peschiera Del Garda is less than 10 Kilometres away, Sirmione, Desanzano, Gardaland, Movieland and Acqua Parks are also close by and the historic cities of Verona, Brescia and Mantova are also a short drive away.

You will have the complete first floor apartment to yourself, as you walk out of the building in less than 100 metres you will be in the main piazza of Valeggio Sul Mincio where you can have breakfasts, coffees, drinks, ice creams, romantic dinners etc.
