We appreciated the fact that this hotel is not right on the highway so we didn’t hear highway noise all night. It does not have an elevator but they were accommodating and gave us a ground floor room. I was traveling with my 85 year old mom.

The room was nice, simple, but the shower leaked everywhere. We were saitched to a different room which was downgrads feom the one we had, so a little disappointing. Also the free breakfast was not good, and there was not enough seating. 3 tables for 70 people? No thanks. Also the ice mechine was on the other side of the hotel and in a weird room. Thing could be better. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

The room was clean. We arrived very late after long travel & the neighboring rooms had about 5 large families travelling together, they were very loud. Thankfully the receptionist changed our room location immediately & we had an excellent sleep. Tables in the continental breakfast area were left dirty. For sanitary purposes they at the very least could provide cleaning spray & wipes for families to clean them before sitting down to eat.

Valemount Value

A nice quiet 1-night stay in a convenient location, yet set back from the highway. Clean room, new bedding and towels, modern amenities. Great breakfast! The dining room/lobby gets crowded, but in the summertime additional seating is available outside. Friendly staff.

Nice location, can walk everywhere. The outside entrance is a smoke pit which is not good, you have to walk through smoke. The lobby was crazy warm (A/C not on) and the A/C in the room kept turning on and off all night and was noisy (I woke up a lot during the night). Not nearly enough tables for the breakfast eating area.

We usually don't stay at Super 8's but this one had good reviews. It offers a breakfast buffet albeit in a crowded area without too many tables so you have to kind of pick a time. Much better than what you might see at a typical Super 8 and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also have laundry facilities that were very reasonable price wise which was great and easy to use which was important as we were on a two week trip.
