Are you coming to visit Valencia? I invite you to stay at my house! You will be very comfortable thanks to its equipment and location. It has two bedrooms with 1.35m beds with viscoelastic mattresses, which will be prepared and dressed with clean sheets for when you come. There is also a "book" type sofa-bed in one of the bedrooms and a cheslong-style sofa-bed in the living room, which opens onto a comfortable and spacious 1.60m bed. The main bathroom has a shower and there is also an extra toilet with a toilet with a built-in bidet cleaning system. There is always shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, etc. The open kitchen to the living room and equipped with everything you need to cook, there you will find extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, spices .. There is a Dolche Gusto coffee machine for coffee lovers. There are enough lockers for you to keep your clothes and you will always find clean towels as well as extra bedding in case you need them. There are maps and prospects related to the city of Valencia and its surroundings so that it is easy for you to move around here. You have TV and broadband internet with WiFi. Building has an elevator and is located in a quiet street, next to all services, supermarkets, bakeries, greengrocers, metro and bus stops. Less than 10 minutes walking are in Cuidad de los Artes, in the marina of Valencia, 3 large shopping centers. Very close to the beaches, famous paella restaurants, etc. The metro is 5 minutes walk away and has a direct connection to the city center and airport. If you come by car, you can park on the street in front of the apartment. It has no blue zone. There is also a parking lot around the corner for 8eur 24 hrs. The communication was excellent from the host. The apartment is exactly how it appears in the pics - stylish and modern. An excellent location for public transportation and easy access to the city sights. I enjoyed 'living like a Valencian' for a few days and truly getting the vibe of the city instead of a tourist/hotel experience. Met some locals and enjoyed restaurants nearby. Great place! Thanks.

Lovely Apartment for Exploring the Port & Beaches

Enjoyed my stay for 4 nights in this apartment. The wifi worked very well for my work and the location was great for exploring the port and the Science Center area. Grocery stores are conveniently located nearby and I cooked a couple of my own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Use the Valenbisi bike-sharing app for longer journeys downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Best Apartment ever

Never ever had the chance to stay at such a nice, clean modern and big aparmtnet. The communication went smooth aswell and the host was very nice. The apartment is near the habour and beach area with lots of markets near by. We would book again.

The stay was great, the apartment is located a bit outside the city centre but near to the beach and the science Museum. All in all I the Apartment could have been cleaner and the neighbours are very loud at day and night. One big positive aspect was the opportunity to check in early.

I'll would book again

Just before arriving, i could reach the agency. At the end I had to call, from that moment communication was fine. The place is clean. There is some supplies in the kitchen to use. Locationwise, use the bus to get into the city, beach is quite close. I would go stay here again.

El Grau Gem

We enjoyed 2 weeks in this apartment which is well situated to many key areas of Valencia. We took metro to central city, walked to the Port and beach. And we were very close to the green belt near science and aquarium museums. The El Grau neighborhood is most interesting. We enjoyed wandering around and stopping in various bars and restaurants. The apartment was just perfect. Clean , bright and comfortable.

Ear plugs essential

The property itself was very spacious, clean and well stocked. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and there was a full kitchen with all appliances. In general the location was good for accessing family friendly attractions such as the aquarium, but, the flat was extremely noisy. The next door neighbour had the TV playing at full volume all day late into the night, and on Friday there was a LOT of noise on the street below. I took ear plugs so managed to sleep ok, but the noise was significant. Also, I received a message from the host a few days before asking for an estimated time of arrival. We organised our train tickets to arrive at the allocated check in time of 4pm (later than most places, usually it's 2-3pm) and let the host know. I then received a message the night before from the key holder to say she couldn't hand the keys over until 5 meaning we would have had to hang around for over an hour. My husband phoned her and they came to an agreement that she would come back earlier to give us the keys which we were very grateful for. So overall, the apartment was very nice, clean and spacious, but the noise and stress about checking in impacting our stay.

L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche du métro, à seulement 15 minutes à pied de l’océanografic ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement des illuminations nocturnes. Notre séjour à Valencia

Tout d’abord je tiens à signaler l’état impeccable de l’appartement et la disponibilité de la propriétaire ainsi que la voisine qui gère la remise des clés. Les instructions sont claires et l’arrivée est rapide. L’appartement dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour deux semaines de voyage. Très bien situé et desservie en transports en commun, idéale pour se rendre à la plage comme en ville. Épicerie ouverte tous les jours et pharmacie dans la rue. Si je dois donner un petit point négatif ça serait l’isolation du bâtiment mais pas de bruit la nuit ou pendant la sieste de l’après midi. Je recommande ce logement ! ☺️
