Supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 150 m, bus stop "Germans Villalonga-Enric Navarro" 60 m, underground station "Benimaclet" 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
