Second stay at this property and lI like everything about it - location, rooms and staff. I did have an issue at breakfast on Christmas Day when my plate was removed twice and I lost my table each time to another guest while I got up to get food/drink. To their credit, my charge was removed by a very nice lady at the front desk after I explained the situation. I will be back.

The room was amazing and the staff provided service like I have never seen before! They went above and beyond in everything that they did and were so friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I fell sick on my first day there, and I was taken care of like a member of the family. They were happy to send me extra tea to my room, even providing extra blankets and sliced lemons without my asking. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!!!

The front desk was excellent and very focused on providing excellent service. The room was terrific and very clean. Great location as well with close walking distance to the Cathedral and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel and great location however to not be allowed in the hotel bar because it was too busy with non hotel guests is wrong and night security and staff rude and to busy chatting amongst themselves to help guests.
