The hotel was a beautiful mix of colonial charm with updated comforts. The staff, everyone from front desk to housekeeping, were friendly and helpful and quick with a smile. This was a wonderful place to stay & I would recommend to friends and family

This hotel is located right in the center of the city, so it was easy to walk everywhere. The room was clean and the area was quiet except for the birds chirping at 4 in the morning. Our breakfast from the hotel downstairs was included, and it was delicious! The pool and jacuzzi were clean. Overall, I'd recommend it to families 100%. No hesitation.

Lovely property in the town centre close to everything on Valladolid. The hotel is beautiful and the staff lovely. The only thing that was missing is a bit more light in the rooms...they're pretty dark.

We loved Valladolid and the hotel added to the appeal. It was truly old world charm with friendly and helpful staff and very nicely appointed rooms. The food served in the restaurant was muy rico! We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful

Hotel was clean and very well maintained. The AC didn't work properly, so the room was very warm at night. Otherwise, or stay was enjoyable. Staff recommended a Cenote near by, and save us some money by giving us a coupon for the family, that have us free lockers, changing rooms, and life jackets. Wifi, was strong and fast enough to stream on. The restaurant attached to the hotel served breakfast, and it was delicious.

Older hotel, staff was great. Our room was very small, and an oddly configured with a cabine in front of a window. We did not have hot water, but was attended to quickly. I would stay here again but would ask for a different room type.
