A note on potential issues / nuisance:
The apartment is located in front of the beach - some (low level) noise can be detected from the road in front at times.
The train runs behind the building, but with the triple glazing windows, this normally does not cause any noise issues.

But if there is damage caused during your stay, the agreed amount for that damage will then be deducted.
Further, if you will bringing your pet, an extra one-time charge of 50⏠- same for our private parking place, which will also be charged 50⏠for the period of your stay.
Equally, should you require late check-in, after 20h, we will be charging an extra 50âŹ. We do not accept check-ins after 22h.
