Receptionist was very nice. Pretty much made it clear if I needed something to just ask. I got a flat over night needed a wrench, called front desk sunday morning asked for assistance, she contacted her maintenance guy. 10 min later problem solved and was assisted with tool. The panoramic room #2 was just perfect. Ac and heater, Tv. Balcony with awesome view. Little things for the room or resort like and ice machine since room does not equip a fridge, something as simple as wine glasses and corkscrew. Its is wine country after all! Beautiful place for a weading reception, ceremony and party! I would definitely recomed this place is very central many hotspots withing 15-20 drive like casa frida, xolo, cielo and mogor deckman's some of my favorites.

Our family stayed there the first weekend of September becauseour niece was getting marriedat a lical winery. We rented a total of 10 rooms. We all had various sized rooms because some had more members in their family than others. The rooms were all different but what they did have in common was little to no air conditioning units (older wall,noisy units) random electrical outlets throughout the rooms and some of us had no outlets in the bathroom, our shower faucet was broken and the knob just kept turning from hot to cold. The the furniture was on the older side. My niece was given an older fan to circulate the hot air in her room because her unit didn't work. At checkout we were charged 13.00 dollars for having used a bathroom towel to clean up water that had spilled on the floor. We had the 2 bedroom family cabin and had no air conditioning in the master bedroom. We couldn't open the window in our hot master bedroom because they had no screens to keep the flies and mosquitoes out. Overall, pay a little more and stay at a more comfortable place.

The customer service at this property was very nice and helpful but what was very upsetting is I did not get the room I paid for in the picture. We had an awful view of the bottom room rooftop with satellite dish in the way. The room looked nothing like the room in the picture there was paint marks on the floor and was not inviting .

I didn’t like anything about this place, I got a run down bungalow, very unsafe stairs to get to, the floor inside was a laminate floor that was so bad I felt like I was going to fall down, I tried to cancel one night and we couldn’t get anyone to help us. In the evening when we got back a huge frog was by our door that was just unbelievably insane:(
