Como punto más importante es la ubicación, estando la casa situada en la base de la montaña de La Fortaleza de Chipude, icono insular por su peculiaridad, imponencia y belleza siendo un referente del senderismo en la isla hacia ese espacio natural protegido. Y punto de salida estratégico a cualquier parte de la isla en coche. A tan sólo 20 minutos la playa de La Rajita en La Dama, a 45 minutos de la capital San Sebastián o a cualquier playa como Vallegranrey, Santiago o Hermigua. A 10 minutos ya entras en el Parque Nacional de Garajonay.

A escasos 200 metros se encuentra una estación de servicio y un restaurante donde podrás degustar la sabrosa gastronomía típica de la zona.

A 10/15 minutos en coche El Cercado donde se destaca su artesanía alfarera y restaurantes típicos de la zona también muy recomendables como el Restaurante "Victoria".
