Our home is relaxing, fun, and furnished fashionably for you to enjoy and relax in.
The space
The house has 4 bedrooms (one king bed, two queen beds, and one double bed) and 2.5 bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a work desk with easy access to an outlet, lamp, and a comfortable chair for remote working on your getaway!

Each room decorated in Northern California themes, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Muir Woods, the Beach, and Wine Country.

Each bedroom has USB & electric outlets, perfect for charging your electronics while you sleep and for use while in your cozy bed!

The kitchen is equipped with microwave, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and most everything you would need to cook a delicious meal (pots, pans, bakeware, etc). There is also a French press, coffee maker, and herbal teas.

We have a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and towels for each guest.

Central heating and air conditioning controlled by a Nest thermostat.

High speed Wifi, and a Smart TV with Netflix are provided. The TV can be used for casting content from your mobile devices as well.

Wonderful property for family!

This property was just as the pics and description stated. It was perfect for our family of 5. Each of our kids had their own room and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities and the washer/dryer was nice. The property is located in a nice residential neighborhood. The owners communicated wonderfully! We recommend this property for anyone visiting the Bay Area!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house!

This home was perfect for our group of 8 family members to stay for our son's wedding in nearby Benicia! The house is very clean and spacious, perfect for making meals, playing games and visiting.

Happy Thanksgiving !!

I brought my in laws home with me to the bay area and needed a place close to my sisters home. It was perfect ! The house was 10 minutes away from my sisters. The house was very comfortable and we had a great time. We will rent this house again when we come back to the Bay Area !

Great Stay!

Overall, it was a great stay at Gary and Ninder's property. Everything was very clean and easily accessible. The check-in process was seamless and the communication was very good with the hosts. I also enjoyed how there were enough towel for our group of 7. We really enjoyed out time here and would rent again if back in the area.
