A comfy, small hotel on a quiet street, centrally placed for easy walks to places of interest. Small room but inevitably so as renovated old building, personal service very good, everyone helpful and genuinely wanting to make the stay enjoyable. Good to have a proper coffee making machine in the room, wi-fi good but occasionally the TV feed would drop off due to buffering. A delightful place to stay - will be my choice again if I revisit the city.

We loved this hotel, super clean and super friendly staff who were very helpful. The breakfast was delucious, plenty of choice. Our room was small but we had everything we needed, with the exception of more storage space! We did feel that if the bed had been smaller, there would have been more space for maybe some drawers.

good things: Incredible location, a lot of restaurant and touristic activities, the staff is really nice and helpfull, the detail is (no a problem) you expect more about a "boutique hotel", the breakfast is very limited, in general the spacious the are smal (rooms, elevator, breakfast area), in general is OK

Très bien situé, très propre

Extrêmement bien situé au coeur de la vieille ville. Chambre très propre. Internet ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre malheureusement. Un peu de moisissure dans la douche.

Lovely Central Location; friendly staff

Great location.

The hotel was in a great location and everyone was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and the service was great. The only issue we had was very bad internet access in our room. We had to go downstairs to the ground level floor to get service.

wonderful staff - all very helpful and knowledgeable. Location not in the busy heart of action but a walk around the corner and you have everything. Car can pull right up to bldg., so when coming or going with luggage you don't have to walk at all to reach transport. Very quiet and safe. perfection!

Was a bit nervous about fire exits, or lack thereof. As I saw it if there was a fire on the main stairs ( and lift out of action) exiting the property would have been impossible unless I am missing something.

We had a lovely time at this boutique hotel. There were a couple of issues with water - the toilet flush and the sound of the jacuzzi upstairs - both resolved quickly by the lovely staff. It was fun having breakfast in the ‘cave’ on the lower ground floor. Marked down from a 5 star due to misleading photo on Expedia - we thought the roof seating area and jacuzzi were available to everyone but it’s part of the top floor room, and the bath towels (changed as required) were a little small but we did have dressing gowns. Never saw the bar and if you want a balcony you need to request one when booking. Nevertheless a lovely clean little boutique hotel with great staff and a brilliant location in the centre of Valletta. Water was supplied daily. I would stay there again.
