The amenities are never ending here at Rose Oak Ranch and you've never met more friendly and inviting hosts! You'll experience peace and tranquility as you walk through the garden spaces, or take a dip in in the state-of-the-art endless pool, or enjoy viewing the horses. At the end of the day, soak in the luxurious hot tub under the gazebo or roast marshmallows out on the patio.

The equestrian room is fantastic private room complete with keypad entry themed for the horses you will see on the property. It is one of three guest rooms upstairs, there may be other guests during your stay, or you might have the entire top floor to yourselves. Your hosts live downstairs where a country style delicious breakfast can be made and served every morning. Breakfast is available for $5 per person per morning. If you would rather keep to yourself, the upstairs (shared with other guests) has its own full bathroom, mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker (with all the fixins), there is a large flat screen TV with cable, a reading nook with lots of books, table for playing games, and super comfy couches.

Downstairs has another living room, second half bath as well as full dining room. Head outdoors to find numerous peaceful spots to enjoy nature and view the horses, or head over to the lake for kayaking or bring your ski boat and spend the day doing water sports.

Truly Restful

I went to this bed and breakfast to get some much needed sleep and relaxation. It did not disappoint! The hosts were welcoming and attended to everything I could possibly have needed. It is so very peaceful and serene. The area was so beautiful, I loved driving around to see the spring views after so much rain. Accommodations were above and beyond.

Peaceful and relaxing!I was welcomed and made to feel like a member of the family upon my arrival. I stayed for five nights at this property. I enjoyed the amenities and atmosphere. The lovely, outdoor patio overlooked the horse riding arena, adorned with twinkle lights. Sitting in the hot tub & pool, looking up at night, the stars were so bright and close, you could almost reach up and grab them. In the house/room: I booked the Equestrian room. It was a large room with an incredibly comfortable King size bed. The shared bathroom is quite large and nicely decorated! The shared living/dining room offered comfy wide sofa chairs and a large couch with an entertainment center. I enjoyed sipping coffee and watching the sun rise in this room while saying morning prayers.Rhonda & Duane are so gracious and kind. I felt right at home!Overall, I would highly recommend this B & B.If you are looking for a private getaway where you can truly achieve PEACE and QUIET, Book this location!

The Magic of Rose Oak Ranch

(We booked the room for new friends Pamela and Jason who were coming to town for the first time; this was their experience in their own words. - Sue Porter Pamela and Jason said, We had the pleasure of staying in the Equestrian Room at Rose Oak Ranch, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Rhonda & Duane are outstanding hosts who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their warmth & kindness shine through in every detail, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.The ranch is beautiful, & the rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, & thoughtfully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, we slept so well! Rhonda’s breakfast was absolutely outstanding. What really sets Rose Oak Ranch apart is the personalized experience and attention to detail. It’s clear that Rhonda & Duane put their hearts into every part of the stay, making it feel like a true home away from home. We were fortunate to stay here while bringing our foster dog to meet his potential/new family, and it made the occasion even more memorable.
