BALME 25 Cosy appartment well-equiped but we were not informed beforehand that the light in one of the bedrooms, toilet and shower was not working and the fridge was not working as well (too warm inside). The concierge gave us all the information too quickly with lots of codes to remember, he seemed to be in a hurry and not very helpful when we needed some info. We were isolated in the village for 5 days because of the heavy snow and risk avalanche and when I asked info about the tunnel, I was told that he didn't have time to explain to me so I found it very rude. We paid a huge amount of money to be stuck there, no supermarket, no ski lessons so we will not go back. Last year experience in Dormio Appts was much better.
