In the main living area, there are stylish leather armchairs, a sofa, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has a table for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and coffee machines.
Additionally, in the building, guests can enjoy total relaxation with shared amenities that include a heated indoor swimming pool and a gym.

The apartment is a short walk from the ski lifts and the ski slopes. For a gentler alternative, there are 10km of cross-country skiing trails, which will suit beginners and experts alike.
During the summer months, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing, tennis, golf and horse riding. For the more adventurous, there are paragliding centres close by. Children and adults will enjoy the trek through the forest to the Berard waterfall or the Grotte A Farinet cave.
All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Vallorcine railway station is just a 2-minute walk from the residence. The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the village, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks. The famous Montreux Jazz Festival, on the shores of Lake Geneva, takes place in early July and is just 1 hour away.
