The house is located in an absolutely quiet location in the eastern village part of Tschlin. Shopping opportunities, a brewery, and a restaurant are within walking distance in the village. The ski area Motta Naluns can be reached from Scuol by car in 20 minutes, by PostBus in 30 minutes. You can reach the valley trail Martina-Scuol in Strada, in 5 minutes by car/PostBus.



In summer, the entire Lower Engadine offers beautiful hikes, whether short or long. The hike from Tschlin to Vnà via the Via Engiadina and further over the suspension bridges to the Zuort farm is popular. Additionally, the Swiss National Park is nearby.
