The hotel is beautiful, modern and well maintained. The staff is cordial and efficient. The concierge service found is excellent restauranst in Cervino. The shuttle service was perfect and prompt though we had a car we preferred using their MBZ shuttle. The spa was also beautiful and luxurious. We look forward to returning.

Superb, smart, clean hotel. Staff all friendly and so helpful; reception, porters, ski hire, restaurant servers and cleaners. All faultless.
Food excellent.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms with top rate spa facilities. The hotel is a little far from the center of Cervino but it is walkable - they also offer a free shuttle.

Fabulous Hotel and Great for Skiing Break

We stayed as a couple for a weeks skiing and had a great time. the facilities are excellent, the rooms plenty big enough (we had a standard room), the bathroom had a lovely rainwater shower and plenty of fresh towels. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from town but there is a hotel run complimentary bus service that runs from 8.30 - 10.30pm. We never waited longer than 5 mins its super efficient. The ski room was great with lockers and heated boot warmers. There is also a small but great ski shop in the basement for ski hire etc. We were only B&B but ate in the restaurant for dinner a couple of times and it was lovely. Food was great and breakfast was everything you could need. I honestly could not fault it - is it 5* I am not sure but it *is definitely a very good 4* and perfect for what we wanted.

I travel a lot and never write reviews, but was so pleasantly surprised by the hotel that I thought I would write one this time. First, the hotel is brand new, which means it is in great shape. Second, it is a little outside of Cervinia, but their shuttle bus process makes it very easy to get back and forth dropping off and picking up for skiing right at the lift. Most surprising, the food at diner was amazing and the dining room and bar service was excellent. I don't know if this is the same at all Mythos Hotels, but I will try them in the future to see.

Mixed Experience

Pros:
Brand new hotel with comfortably furnished (though small) rooms
Friendly staff who even helped us when our car was stranded in the snow.
Very professional and friendly waiters
Cons:
Hotel is understaffed. The people who work their are friendly and do their best to help but there just aren’t enough people for them to be able to help effectively enough.
Hotel is inconveniently located, just outside of the main center, so you either have to take a shuttle or drive and fight for parking.
Hotel’s shuttle service is unpredictable and not frequent enough. Shuttle is small and several times we had to wait up to an hour because the shuttle we were waiting for couldn’t accommodate enough people.
Very small rooms.
Food at the restaurant is not great, though the servers are incredibly friendly and helpful!
Recommendation to owners: The people you have working at your hotel are very nice and try their best to help, but there just aren’t enough of them to succeed in helping with every need that you would expect at a “5 Star” hotel, which yours is not.
Find a new chef - the food at your restaurant is terrible.
Bottom line: this is not a 5 star hotel.
