This new unit features 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms on three levels. It contains a living/dining room, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer and keyless entry. The Kitsilano offers an excellent layout with an open-concept kitchen, perfect for your home dining needs. Situated in Vancouver's most central and beautiful area, Kitsilano is a 10-minute drive to UBC, 5 minutes to Granville Island, and Downtown Vancouver. Only 5 blocks, less than 10 minutes walk from the Kitsilano Beach. For those of you here on business, we have provided a printer, document shredder and free high-speed Wifi, ensuring that you can continue your work uninterrupted. Perfect for families and professionals.

This house worked great for our group The location was very central to what we needed. The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. We were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and stores.

We loved the neighborhood, the convenience of the bus lines to everywhere we wanted to go. The house worked perfectly. Only one thing was an inconvenience, the coffee pot was broken, but we learn to use the french press. Thank you Jack. Excellant.

My daughter and family (total of 4) had a great stay here. Positive was everyone could have their own bedroom but We weren’t aware that the third bedroom was in the lower level.There were no tea towels in the kitchen?!?Parking was an issue unfortunately, best for people who haven’t rented a car

Super Convenient

The house is conveniently located in a really nice neighborhood, close to nearly everything you'd need - grocery stores to stock the fridge, walking trails and water, connective roads and public transportation to explore the area. Parking can require a little drive around the blocks to see what's available, but for the most part we parked right out front.The house was clean (though there are a couple of items on the owners to do list) and stocked with cooking items etc. Really enjoyed the property and the owner was super easy to work with. Totally recommend.

Great house in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house! It's in a wonderful neighborhood that's easy to navigate and plenty of things that are walkable. The property manager Jack was awesome as well snd very communicative. Highly recommend!

Great base for exploring the greater Vancouver area. Home was just as expected - clean, up-to-date, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is tight on the street, but we were able to find a space each evening. We recommend Jans gor breakfast. Be there at the 8am opening. Gets busy.

Spring Break Vacation

Pros: the house is a 20 minute drive from the airport, and centrally located for all of the attractions, and walking to eat. We found if you walk up to Broadway and head West a little less sketchy with the homeless population, for shopping and establishments for eateries. You have a Safeway, literally a block and a half away off of Broadway that you could easily walk to. Cons: the house is starting to show it’s wear and tear and couldn’t use some TLC with the bathrooms having no towel bars to hang up towels, the towel bars that were there had been ripped off the walls and it looks pretty ghetto with what they left. The primary bed is starting to show where and tear it needs to be replaced. The house also has water damage throughout upstairs and downstairs and the owner is aware. Also, the third bedroom downstairs in the basement area has a mold smell which they put a glade plug-in to mask the smell. The furniture all needs to be replaced heavily worn and uncomfortable. The house overall had a lot of cobwebs and was very dusty. They could use more cooking items in the kitchen, such as baking sheets/cooking utensilsz Parking is a major issue. Street parking onlyWe almost had the car towed not knowing you couldn’t park 20 feet from a stop sign and this was not told to us, given were from a different county. The police are very strict about this and they will tow immediately after they site you with the ticket. .

Notes to the owner

Loved the property, great location. It could use: cookie sheets (at least 2), instructions on how to use the TV and what channels are available, more ice trays - the plastic one does not work well and there is no storage tray for cubes to make ice continually; information on local restaurants, grocery stores, where to put garbage when the bin under the sink is full.Beds were great, sofa and chair in living area are very low to the ground for older people

The Best Location

The place is a townhouse/apartment really, carved out of a bigger house. The top floor bedrooms/bathrooms are very nice. Beds are good. The living and kitchen are very small. The downstairs was okay. There were a couple of cleanliness issues-a diaper left in an upstairs garbage, red mold in the downstairs bath along with dead bugs. The kitchen could use a cookie sheet, sharp knife, better egg cooking utensil and a full set of measuring cups and spoons. That said, it's in an absolutely great location-walking distance to stores, restaurants, cafes etc.

Lovely week in Vancouver

We had a lovely stay in Vancouver. This place is perfect for a group. A big plus was each room having access to a separate bathroom. House was great, super cosy and a perfect location. The area was quiet and an easy walk to the supermarket, shops and cafes. Also very easy to access public transport to get into the city centre. I would 100% recommend this property when staying in Vancouver, and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay Jack!

Jack was Amazing host. He made sure the house was really clean and even shampooed the carpets as my husband is immunocompromised. He was very attentive to any of our needs. Will definitely stay there again. Beautiful house in a beautiful area.

House was perfect for our group of travel friends. Each bedroom had their own private bathroom which was so wonderful. Kitchen cozy but ample seating. Easy walking distance to small market and great coffee shop. Great communications from host. We had no issues.

Kitsilano 3 Bedroom 3.5 Bath

This property was beautiful from the garden entrance to the combination kitchen-living room to each wonderful bedroom and bathroom!! The stairways’ woodwork and house decorations are gorgeous!! Communication with the host was always fast and efficient, and he was very accommodating when we needed a two-hour earlier check-in due to a change in our flight. I would highly recommend this house and would use it again myself with hesitancy!!

Great way to experience Vancouver

First time in Vancouver, so I really didn’t know what to expect, but I was thrilled with the stay. The house has everything you’d need, in a fantastic neighborhood, close to mass transit, a grocery, bagel shop and tons of restaurants. You really don’t need a car here, though there is street parking. The signs alternate between permit/no stopping/unrestricted, so read carefully. We had no issues, only one question and got an immediate response.

Wedding Cruise to Alaska

Had a fantastic stay at Jacks residence, its perfectly located in Kitslano, with easy access to grocery stores, shopping and the beach, We were able to visit Granville Island and downtown Van in a matter of minutes, depending on traffic.
