***How to use the Key Fob?***

The key fob is a small security hardware device with built-in authentication used to control and secure access.

You will be provided with 2 sets of keys and access devices (key fob) inside the suite. One of the 2 sets will have a larger fob with buttons (this is for parking use), and the other one is a regular fob. Both fobs can be used to access the common areas in the building (e.g. entrance, elevator, pool & gym, garbage room). However, only the larger parking fob can be used to access the underground parking gate.

To use the fobs in the building, simply tap or hold the fob against the sensors to unlock access. To open the parking gate, press the top-right button.

7. Lost or damaged key and/or fobs

There are 4 Water Alarms in total in this condo to prevent water damage. They are located: below the sink in the kitchen, next to the washer, under the sinks in two bathrooms. Once the alarm detects water, it will keep a loud beeping for 24 hours. If you are lucky enough to hear the sound, please locate the alarm, clean the water on the floor and report to the host and building security immediately.

When you check-in, please find the phone number of the building security in the check-in notice.

There are fire extinguishers inside and outside of the condo, please use them in case of fire.

Please turn off the water and stove when you are not in the condo.

We had a great time and this apartment was the perfect home base for our family of five. Location was right downtown, walkable to Chinatown and across the street from Roger’s arena. I have to start with host communication which was outstanding. This is a host that really cares that you have everything you need and enjoy your stay. There is an old saying "location, location, location" and this one couldn't be better. The Skytrain, BC Place and Rogers Arena are all within a few blocks. There are several restaurants, T&T and Costco also within a few blocks. The apartment itself is fantastic. Secure buildings, great kitchen, comfortable lounge area and everything you could want is there from higher end body wash, shampoo, conditioner and washing liquid to pool towels. This owner has thought of everything to ensure you have a fabulous time.

Host Merrick was warm and welcoming. He was quick to respond to every inquiry and checked in midway to see how things were going. I appreciated thorough instructions about parking and checking in and out. Read it all thoroughly prior to your arrival and you’ll be all set. What stands out on top of everything is the place itself. I can’t imagine a better location for us, so accessible to all the hotspots of the city, and the VIEW!!! Very conveniently located apartment. Loved the information provided in detail from start to end. Place was clean and enough amenities for our stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Vancouver again.

Check in was easy and efficient. The owner offered any help he could. We were familiar with Vancouver so didn't tap into that but appreciated the offer. We loved that a pool and Gym were available to us. The place was clean, comfortable and had air conditioning to cool the place down. View was beautiful and everything close. A nice temporary home away from home.
