Step outside to walking paths, open green space, and some of the city’s best cafés and local eats. Whether you’re here to relax, explore nature, or enjoy vibrant East Van culture, this comfortable retreat puts you right where you want to be—peaceful, walkable, and well-connected to downtown.

Perfect for couples, small families, or anyone looking to experience Vancouver like a local.

This suite has a bedroom with a queen bed and rolling barn door for privacy, and a kitchenette with heated marble floors in your private living space that looks over the back garden of the house, complete with a chicken that lays eggs!

Please note Very Important - The bathroom is connected to this space and it is private to you when you are using it, however there is an access door to the same bathroom from the other side which is used by the other suite that we rent. You are using the same bathroom as the "Lakeview Suite" which is also bookable so you could have the entire floor if you want, with another private bedroom and den on the other side. However, you will never see anyone else because both bathrooms and both suites are lockable from each side. No one should ever encounter a stranger during their booking.

If you have pets, this is actually a great spot for dogs, as there is a dog park directly across the street. Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture however thanks! Any pet accidents will incur a damage charge of course, so best only to bring very well trained pets. Thanks!

Great location for our needs. Pet was welcome and yard was fenced for him to wonder a bit. Parking was good. Felt safe and quiet. Host was responsive and flexible with options.

The suite was in a nice neighbourhood and although I didn’t use it, there was a dishwasher which is a nice touch for the kitchen. When we arrived, there were piles of dirt left on the floor that my friend and I had to sweep up. It wasn’t a great start, but the thing we worried about most was that sweeping was the only method of cleaning being done to the floors. There was a substance that looked like butter dribbled on the floor by the side of the bed and the side table was dusty. The bed when we pulled the duvet back looked slept in and had what we assume is blonde long dog hairs in it. The shared bathroom was not a comfortable thing. The door to the bathroom was in the bedroom and we could hear all bathroom activities very clearly from the other guests. Also, with a checkout time of the same 11am, the other suite was showering back to back for the last hour and we did not have access to the bathroom at all. Both my friend and I woke up with rashes on the sides of our faces we slept on. And a cat (which we assumed was the hosts) visited our suite. While petting cat we noticed it was flea infested. And lastly, the wifi was turned off about 15 minutes before our check out time…followed by the male host peering in our windows (that didn’t have curtains) to potentially see if we were still there. I felt very violated as he saw me with my shirt off. My privacy was violated, and I don’t think the cleanliness of the suite is appropriate either.
