The hotel is new and the are rooms updated, clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. The area around is sketchy, we didn’t feel safe walking around at night. The sidewalks are covered in garbage and smell like urine. Still the location is convenient to access attractions and public transportation. The service room was very disappointing. We ordered food one night. They knocked on the door and walked away leaving our food on the ground. Gross. It came in plastic containers with disposable utensils that couldn’t cut through the food.

We enjoyed the cookies upon arrival. Our room was very clean and we enjoyed that there were two rooms in one. My daughter said she slept well on the pull out sofa bed. We would book this hotel again on our next trip to Vancouver.

Room service was disappointing as it was a 'To-Go' service opposed to tray, plate, and cutlery. In room coffee had no decafe options. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and made the experience of coming and going from the hotel very enjoyable.
