Great check in, staff friendly and attentive, lobby smells incredible, provide room key and complimentary drink token for the bar. Room was really nice, modern and spacious, beautiful bathroom Nespresso machine in room too.

Had a great stay with my wife here. The check in was quick and easy, plus they were gracious enough to offer us an upgrade to help us celebrate a special occasion. The room was really nice, and the bathroom had great mint-scented products in it. I'd stay here again!

Hotel staff were super friendly and if you asked them to do something, it was done immediately. Really clean and central to all amenities We had a drink in the lounge bar, again, super friendly staff and nice setting.

Funky vibe. Noisy night

We stayed for one night before getting on a cruise. Staff was great . Restaurant downstairs delicious. Very clean and funky. Only bad thing is we didint sleep due to bass and party music all night long. Not a family friendly hotel. Way too noisy

Disappointed.

Disappointed. Tiny room, parking expensive to basically be parked on the street. Awkward entrance to negotiate with luggage. Regret trying somewhere new in Vancouver, should have booked the hotel we stayed at last year, would have been worth the $100 dollars more, and then some!!!

We spent one night here prior to our cruise. Room is small but very comfortable and very clean. Don’t go there for the views but I was very satisfied which is rare for me.

Excellent hotel

This hotel and the room are beautifully designed and wonderfully maintained. I have a keen eye for dirt and messiness and I couldn't find a single unkempt corner in this hotel room. Everything was cleaned and well maintained from top to bottom. The staff were attentive, helpful, and efficient. The lobby is beautiful, the elevator is fast, and the hallways are quiet and beautifully designed. The room that we stayed in was on the smaller side but the space was designed in a very efficient way and there was room for everything and everything had its place. The design of the room and the bathroom were beautiful and very eye-catching. The amenities in the bathroom, soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner, where of high quality and smelled amazing. The staff were very responsive and proactive at making sure all of our needs were met. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Vancouver. The area is extremely walkable and easily connected to public transit. We were able to walk to all of the sightseeing and tourist attractions on our list from our hotel. There is also many dining options in the area. The next time we go back to Vancouver we would gladly stay at this hotel again.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Belmont. There are tons of food options within walking distance. They helped us carry our bags up the first few steps to get in. We received a free upgrade so we had a sofa area as well as the two beds. We got there early around noon and our room was even ready! The staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has a cute European vibe, fun accents , paint accents in rooms and very friendly staff. The room size is very tiny though, the bed is literally right beside the door opening when you access your room. The closet area is very small. The pillows were not great. The hotel is old although it has been updated inside but when you enter your room there is a mustiness in the air. The bathroom was clean, full shower with glass sliding doors, and cement tile floor tiles in black and white, with a nice size sink and vanity. The location is very walkable to restaurants and shops.
