This is the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life! The staff are Incredible. No matter what time of day we left our room, we always came back to a clean perfect room! They even have sensors to know if you’re sleeping in case you forget to put the DND sign on your door. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel!

Air conditioning did not work in the room. Technician came a few times and could not repair thermostat. Provided a portable fan which was nice, however did not get the sleep i expected because it was too hot in the room.

Enjoyed the robes and slippers! Love this area, great for walking to Robson. My only complaint was that the pool was freezing and the hot tub was boiling, but at least we got them to ourselves, lol

On night stay before cruise

One night stay before boarding a cruise out of Vancouver. The hotel was very comfortable, clean and modern. We didn’t get much time to explore the area so can’t really comment on location. It was however very close to sporting stadium, if you were in town for a game it rolls be perfect.

What we didn’t like was no matter how low we set the thermostat for it never seemed to get any cooler in the room, and I like to sleep in a cold room It advertises air conditioning, but I never heard it even once🤔
