Two bedrooms contains queen size beds and the third is a double/full size bed that easily sleep 1 adult or two children. Not only is this home finished to the highest of standard, the property is complete with an abundance of upscale features including a flawless space optimizing layout, high vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring and a private balcony. Belle maison propre et confortable

TrÚs belle propriété au goût du jour et surtout trÚs propre. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité du quartier. Il ne manquait de rien à la maison et le propriétaire a rapidement répondu à nos questions. Je recommande sans hésitation.

My group stayed at this property for 2 nights. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: convenient location, grocery stores around. Ample parking. Responsive host. Cons: Dirty floor and moldy shower. There were black mold in between shower tiles and around shower pan. Dust every where. Cockroach bait present in corners. When I open the under sink cabinet it’s dirty. The house needs a deep clean. It is a cheaper option in the city but next time I will book somewhere else.

Great little place

This was a great property for our group of 6 exploring Vancouver before our Alaska cruise. House is a bit small but worked for us. We were out most of the time anyway. Nice little patio for some outside time.

My family had a great stay at this place! We loved the convenient location (just a short drive away from the main attractions) and the place itself. The house was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was not a big deal since we were out and about for the most part of the day. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the property was clean. Highly recommend!

This property was exactly like the listing said, it was a great place to stay. They even allowed us to go in the property once we got off the cruise ship, instead of having to wait until 4pm. We received great communication with Dusan regarding our stay. Highly recommend this location!

Loved our stay

The house us exactly as described. There are 3 bedrooms, nice kitchen and 2 washrooms. The eating and living area are suitable size for 4 people to relax, eat and enjoy some down time.

Quiet and clean East Vancouver guest house

Quiet and clean, my family and I enjoyed our stay here and would stay again! House was also very conveniently located in East Vancouver near major streets without it being chaotic/noisy.

Great rental and really enjoyed the stay

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a great neighborhood and my son and his friend were able to get to public transport on the days my husband and I had the rental car. The Whole Foods was close by which was nice. It's a great home base while visiting the city. The pros: clean, easy to find, close to grocery store, and had everything we needed for cooking etc. The one con we had was that noise travels very easily through the unit and the upstairs bedroom door rattled some nights. We would definitely stay here again and we are already planning another visit for earlier in the year so we can see more of the city. One note of feedback that doesn't affect how we felt about the unit is about the pantry staples and spices. We are a family with dietary restrictions due to medical reasons. It would be excellent if the gluten free items were kept separately or more securely and if the items were dated with when they were put into the cabinet. We ended up buying small amounts of staples and spices that we knew would be safe

Great place to stay!

Everything about this place was excellent. The host was very prompt with responding to every question I had. The check-in information was very helpful, especially the pictures provided for access. And all the living areas were immaculate. We loved the location. Easy drives to Capilano Bridge, Whistler and Stanley Park. It was our first visit to Vancouver and if we returned we would definitely stay here again.

Nice property

We stayed for 4 days with 5 persons, and everything was as described. The house owner Duke was excellent from start to finish. Any questions asked to him, he’d reply promptly. Quiet neighborhood, but it is close to route 1.If you wanted to make a comment, it would be that a barbecue would make the stay even more perfect :-). We can definitely recommend this property.
