Pool was closed for private party!! Paid $500 a night should be able To use the pool what was advertised. Also didn't get $250 prepaid visa said it online you get with 2 night stay.

Like all of Vancouver, parking is never the best. But whatever. Also, for whatever reason almost every place I stay at in Vancouver ( this as well ) there is no bathroom fan. I just don’t get that. Aside from those two things. Absolutely wonderful place to stay. I’d possibly look past the fan thing, cause the tub alone is worth it.

I loved my stay here. The staff was so attentive and friendly. The property was gorgeous and the room was out of this world! I stayed on the top floor and got upgraded, and I’ll never forget the incredible views. In the morning, the mountains would be foggy, and in the evening, the sun would paint the sky in gold and pink and purple, and the city lights sparkled like stars. The breakfast was great at Karma, too. Overall, 10/10, I’ll definitely be back.

This was probably the most beautiful hotel I have stayed at. The staff was incredible, it was super clean and eco-friendly, close to restaurants and shopping. The room had a nice layout. I would stay here 100 times over.
