People are very nice and friendly at Paradox. Walked into hotel room and saw a cute little handmade monster sitting on the bed which delighted our trip. The welcome wine was ready in our room. Luggage was sent to our room before we went in. All the details speak a lot.

Overall lovely facility, ordered room service on our first afternoon which came with a nice little congratulations dessert for our recent engagement. Pool and hot tub are located within the night club and hours of use at 7:00am-7:00pm which was not detrimental but certainly would be nice have more "normal" hotel hours for such facilities (which we do recognize is not possible given the current set up). Our only other small note is you can hear the bass from the nightclub in some areas of the hotel. We were on the 9th floor and it was noticeable in our room, but not enough to keep us very tired guests awake.

Excellent room, breakfast was outstanding, staff very helpful and friendly. Great downtown location. Parking there is very expensive at $46 for one night. ( not the hotels fault, but be aware. Would stay again.
