We had a harborview with a small patio on the 8th floor!! It was beautiful, we watched the planes on the water. Perfect spot to walk downtown and uptown.

I recently stayed at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront and overall had a mixed experience. The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of downtown Vancouver with easy access to the waterfront, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel itself was very clean, which I appreciated, but it does feel quite dated in terms of décor and overall style. Unfortunately, the biggest drawback was the air conditioning unit in our room. It made a very loud noise every time it turned on and off, which made it really difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For a hotel of this caliber, I would have expected a quieter and more comfortable sleep environment. If location and cleanliness are your top priorities, this hotel works well, but be prepared for some noise and an older feel to the property.

It started off very bad but ended up very good. The hotel managers were excellent and I have to rate them A+ for service. The breakfast buffet was absolutely the best I have ever had at a hotel. It was in a glassed atrium with indoor and outdoor seating. The food and selection were superb. The service was excellent. We had dinner and it was delicious. The hotel needs some updating but overall, we would stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we checked in, the service was five-star — friendly, professional, and accommodating. They even let us check into our room early. The room was spotless, well-kept, and comfortable, and housekeeping was attentive and thorough throughout our stay. The staff consistently went above and beyond, and the restaurant food was fantastic — truly five-star dining. The location couldn’t be better: safe, convenient, and walkable to everything downtown. An all-around excellent experience — I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
