The service and the amenities are great however, the hotel is very dated. In the lobby, I saw SIGNS and photos showing the Renovations that they have upcoming and at that point I think the hotel will be nice and revived as it's in a great location.

Very clean, close to many shops, restaurants and coffee shops, coal harbour beautiful area! Carpets are outdated not attractive, sink wasn't draining properly plus no fan in the bathroom, very steamed up, the customer service lady gave me a 15 voucher for lunch and stated they will be working on these items listed. Over all clean and nice customer service, l will be back but needs some work!

Clean and had a nice smell throughout the public areas. Staff were neat and friendly. Location is awesome and our room had a great view to the harbour on the 16th floor. Will sure come back and stay here.
