We absolutely love staying at the Rosedale. The staff are fantastic. The rooms are amazing. The location is top notch for dining, shopping, walking to numerous highlights of downtown. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the pillows are great, I even love the huge windows in some of the suites. We rarely use the kitchenette but love that it’s available in every suite.

Customer service was stellar. Very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and felt safe. Room was clean, comfortable and had pretty much everything you could want. Pool and hot tub was clean and we enjoyed it. Room was very quiet all night and very spacious.

This was our first trip to Vancouver without a car. Easy to walk to sky train. Area safe and clean. On site restaurant was good and convenient. The room was clean, bigger then most and staff were friendly from the time we arrived.

I enjoyed my short stay. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great with access to a variety of shops and restaurants. The downside was the carpeting and livingroom furniture. The carpets need to be removed and replaced (hopefully with laminate or wood) and the furniture is tired and dirty.

This was the second visit where the roller would barely flush, different rooms. The room was clean lots of fluffy pillows and bed was super comfortable.
