I was not able to check in and could not get an actual person with Expedia so I never actually checked in for my stay at Sonesta. The front desk people were no help whatsoever because I booked through Expedia and not directly through Sonesta so I was screwed both ways. I will never book through Expedia again nor ever stay at a Sonesta hotel/motel.

Very nice and clean hotel. I wish the breakfast could be open longer for those of us that can sleep in. I went down for some food at 9:30 and it was closed. Outside of a few homeless people hanging out outside, it was a great stay. very clean and beautiful rooms

My check in experience was the best customer service with excellent. They treated me with kind and respect. This will be me hotel to stay when I travel this hotel deserves more than 5 stars. The young lady who checked us in on Oct 26th was very helpful. The room was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything we needed. Hotel was quiet and a convenient location. Overall great customer service. Would not hesitate to stay again.
