A gem hidden in the heart of North Vancouvet

It was a good place to stay, very clean with very friendly staff. The restaurant located in the lobby was amazing. Will stay there again in the future.

the lady that was helping me is very rude and not only that she does not know how to deal with customers as a result the hotel should know and the management that i have been a guest many times and have never seen such poor skills in dealing with public. the hotel has lost money and she should be sat down and spoken to regarding her dealings with customers. i have been on sales my whole life and good at it and very much know the behavior of her was unacceptable . kind regards kerrie

The buildings are quite aged but the rooms look good inside. Also, a lot of patrons are coming in the wrong way. The hotel has to do something about this as it may result in an accident.

Little Gem in the city.

Very helpful at the front desk and friendly. Room was very nice and clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we were even given a late check out, as we mentioned we were in town for a show and would be back late . Amazing staff !!!
