CAPACITY:
This suite is equipped to sleep 10 people comfortably; however, it has the capacity to sleep 12 if you utilize the sofas. You will have access to the entire main house and the small yard.

NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Located in a serene and tranquil neighbourhood, this family-friendly home offers convenient access to ensure a comfortable stay.
A completely separate unit is rented downstairs, which has no access to the main house. Lawn care is done weekly.

HOUSE RULES:
• No Parties: Fines may apply for any noise complaints or disturbances. If you have questions about the rules, please message us for clarification.

PAYMENT TERMS:
1. Deposit:
• A 50% deposit is required 30 days prior to your stay to secure your booking.
2. Remaining Balance:
• The remaining 50% is due 14 days before check-in.
3. Non-Refundable Processing Fee:
• A 5% non-refundable processing fee applies to each transaction.
4. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations follow our standard policy. Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older to book. Message us if you’d like to discuss potential exceptions.
• ID Requirement: A picture of photo ID may be required upon booking.
• Incidental Deposit: An incidental deposit (fully refundable) may be required upon booking.
• Security: Exterior security cameras monitor movement 24/7 for added peace of mind.
• Crib Disclaimer: Guests using the pack ’n play crib do so at their own risk. While we provide a clean environment, we do not endorse any specific model and cannot guarantee their safety. Guests should review instructions carefully and take precautions to ensure their own safety. By using the crib, guests accept responsibility for any risks associated with its use.
