We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Vannes, located near the port, this charming apartment of a surface of 45 m ², exposed East and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony to enjoy a meal outside. Wifi (optical fiber), free parking and sheets and included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 25 m², sofa, armchairs, TV and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with microwave oven, fridge, hood, hotplates, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet

Outside :
- A covered balcony of about 3 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Vannes, near the port and 20 minutes walk from the train and bus station, in a very pleasant environment with a view of the park of the garenne and close to the old Vannes and its ramparts. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Come to discover and visit the city of Vannes which knew to preserve all its charm of former days by preserving its ramparts and its surroundings.
- Tourist sites : Carnac (the alignments, a high place of prehistory), the peninsula of Quiberon and its wild coast, Baden, the Armor Baden, Auray, the port of Saint-Goustan, go by boat on the island of Arz and the island of the monks from Vannes and Port Blanc...
- Sporting activities : various nautical activities, hiking along the GR 34, swimming at the beach of Conleau...
