Apartment with breathtaking views of Lake Como and Bellagio, with private garden and air conditioning, located in the heart of the characteristic village of Fiumelatte, a few minutes from Varenna. It is the ideal solution for couples, groups of friends and small families who want to discover Lake Como while staying in a quiet area, but at the same time very close to the main tourist destinations and the most popular places.
The apartment is developed around a bright living room, where natural light enters through the large windows overlooking the porch and garden. The living room leads to the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Thanks to the presence of a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
The property has a covered garage; in the immediate vicinity there are also free public parking spaces available along the road that leads to the residence. The real strength of the apartment is the private garden with a beautiful view of Bellagio, together with the strategic position that allows you to move easily along the entire shore of Lake Como, between Lecco and Colico.
A few steps from the house is the famous Wanderer's Trail , the historic panoramic route that connects the villages of Lake Como with a walk surrounded by nature. For those traveling without a car, the Fiumelatte train station is about 20 minutes away on foot; however, it should be noted that the route is sloping and can be challenging in the presence of heavy luggage. . The apartment was as pictured and the terrace was lovely. There was no air conditioning but even more so no real windows/cross breeze so was very hot despite fans and it being cool outside. I'd booked for Varenna to be close to the town but this was 4km away so had to drive in and parking was super limited changing my plans several days.
