You will have access to fast Wi-Fi for video calls, TV, video on demand, air conditioning, heating, fan, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. The fireplace adds a cozy touch to the spacious living area.



Outside, a private uncovered terrace awaits you with a view of the park. The apartment is set in a historic villa from 1908, protected by the Superintendence of Fine Arts and Landscape, surrounded by a large park with areas accessible to guests. You can use the shared garden south of the villa and enjoy the view through the many double-glazed French doors.



There are 2 covered parking spaces on site. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. Public transport is within walking distance, while supermarkets, restaurants, and tourist attractions are easily accessible by car. The property uses energy-saving lighting and provides instructions for proper waste sorting.
