Great directions, easy entry and a nice getaway! Beautiful view across the lake. Kitchen fairly well stocked. Note that the third bed is in an unheated separate building and is pretty rustic.
Myself and two friends did a girl's weekend here! The main house was great. Gorgeous views, clean and cozy. There are two bedrooms upstairs in the main house and one in the separate cabin. The cabin with the third "bedroom"was way too rustic for us so one friend and I bunked in the room with the king bed. The lake access was a dream. Little beach and perfectly shaded. Communication with Vacasa was awful. We initially had trouble getting the door to open with our code and I tried to call the guest help number that was provided. I received recording after recording then the call hung up. So frustrating. Overall this place was great and was well stocked with everything we needed
The views out to the lake were unbeatable. The house interior was cute. There were, however, a few things that were disappointing. The listing photos made it seem like there was a sandy beach area which our kids were excited about- instead there was overgrown grass and dirt/rocks. The exterior could have used a little clean up, there were lots of cobwebs and spiders, especially on the deck area. The railings on the deck were not child safe so we were not able to use that space unfortunately. The 2nd king bed is actually in the bunkhouse next door, a barn/shed like structure which was very musty and had cobwebs everywhere. I reached out to Vacasa about the exterior of the home and they said they would have their local team address all of it, but that didnât happen during our stay. We found communication difficult with Vacasa, and would not rent another home with a third party property management company again.
For owner Inside well done, but no screen in front windows, deck rail not child safe, large glass piece on beach area. Owner should have local phone numbers fire, police etc.
For Vacasa the cleaning look good on the surface but you start using glassware, cook way, pans, we need to take time to clean them. When i reach out to Vacasa about the refrigerator leaking & the response was A technician was sent to check the condition, that never happen. I feel bad the owner to be using Vacasa spending the money he is not worth it. On my contract I paid $180.00 for cleaning not worth it. If I rent again through VRBO I'm hoping I don't have to deal with Vacasa.
The camp was great. Boys enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing off the dock, and campfires. Water depth at end of the dock is about 3.3 feet, for those wanting to bring their own boat.
