Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 500 m². Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included - we're waiting for you!

- A 30 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area and wood-burning stove (wood provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 50 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A private garden with trees of around 500 m², not enclosed.
The flat is ideally located in Vassieux-en-Vercors, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (3 vehicles maximum).
