The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms: Room 1 is equipped with a double bed, perfect for couples or adults. Room 2 offers two bunk beds that provide space for multiple people and are excellently suited for children or teenagers. Two modern bathrooms ensure that sufficient space and comfort are available for all guests.



The open and well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and enjoy sociable meals. The inviting living area offers the perfect place to relax after an exciting day in the mountains.



In addition to the Briza holiday apartment, there are two more attractive apartments in the same building:



Setaria: On the first floor, there is an apartment with two bedrooms and a bathroom for a maximum of 5 people, ideal for families and friends.



Molinia: On the second floor, you will find a cosy apartment with one bedroom and a bathroom for 2 people.



The apartments in House Barlangia can all be booked together, which is ideal for larger groups or families who are travelling together and still wish to enjoy privacy.

The vacation apartment Briza offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the beautiful Grisons mountains. In winter, the sports bus takes you from the “Valbella Dorf” bus stop to the Lenzerheide ski areas in just a few minutes. Cross-country skiing fans will also get their money's worth in these vacation region: the extensive network of trails stretches from Parpan to Lantsch/Lenz. The biathlon arena is also in the immediate vicinity.



The final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. The tourist tax will be charged to you separately.
