The hotel had a fabulous room and beautiful shower. We had dinner in the restaurant and the selection of food was excellent and we sll enjoyed our dinner. We had breakfast in the morning which was very good as well. Super close to the airport, almost in a subdivision.

Lovely room and breakfast options! It was a very clean and updated hotel. The only issue was having to wait for a worker to make coffee (they weren't always waiting behind the counter and were often in and out of the breakfast area). Besides that is was an incredible stay.

Staff was absolutely wonderful and super nice! We ordered food from the restaurant just before closing and it was absolutely delicious! Reception staff was really helpful and shuttle service was great and cheap! Would definitely stay there again!

Staff was not very friendly. Tv in our room did not work. Keycard needs to be inserted in order for outlets to work to charge things. Very inconvenient when leaving room, as all outlets stop working.

Decent option for airport, overnight stay

Clean, quiet room. No one at front desk overnight but they arranged a taxi for our 4am departure and taxi was there on time. Not a luxury hotel but closest to Zagreb airport and works for an overnight stay. Travelers should know that you will need to take a taxi from airport to get here -€14 flat fee. There is NO hotel shuttle. City center is far from airport €20-25 by cab or Uber.

Hotel is excellent location is very poor. Taxi or shuttle costs 15 EUR even though it is like 30 min walk to airport. We would better book hotel closer to Zagreb and public transportation.

Nice for one night.

The staff were very friendly, the restaurant had great and affordable food. Breakfast was great too. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed. Too soft and plush.

Decent room. Super close to airport - they have shuttle. There is nothing around - you will have to go to town for restaurants. There is a restaurant at the hotel- did not eat there so not sure if its any good. Check out person at the front desk was not friendly at all. Kind of rude.

We needed to add a night to our stay due to flight changes. I called the night before our first night to make the arrangements. The gentleman I talked to checked us in the next day. He re-arranged rooms so that we could stay in the same room both nights! We ate two nights in the restaurant and enjoyed great food and drinks. The two men that served us were awesome as was the food. The next morning g we had to leave the hotel at 4 am to catch our flight. The hotel arranged a shuttle which was prompt in picking us up at 4 am. We’re really enjoyed our stay, the comfort, the rooms, the food and most of all the staff made our stay very enjoyable.

We arrived later in the evening at the hotel, and the staff was welcoming and held the kitchen open so that we could order food( the best burgers! Almost gourmet!). We really appreciated their hospitality. I would stay here again!

The person at the front desk when I checked in was very kind however, the person in the restaurant was alone working for some time and then when another individual came, he still seemed to wait on others who might be regulars coming out of the smoking room, cleaned their area extra Brought their food, even though I had ordered only a salad and I had to wait through all of that additionally seem like he was frustrated when I asked questions. The service was subpar. I also ask that I have a ride at 4 AM and I was assured that I would have a ride at 4 AM pay the €15 so I could get to the airport the ride never came
