The property, located on a hill full of olive trees, has, in fact, over 140,000 m2 of land, with woods and paths suitable for peaceful walks immersed in nature. Also visit nearby Ascoli Piceno, the "city of a hundred towers", with its historic center among the most admired in central Italy, known for its artistic and architectural richness.
The beautiful Piazza del Popolo, known as "the living room of Italy", with its porticoes, the Palazzo dei Capitani del Popolo and other valuable Renaissance buildings. Ascoli Piceno is also characterized by its medieval streets and alleys, where it is possible to walk, admire the old shops, or sit in the restaurants to savor the typical traditional dishes, such as Ascoli olives, “vincisgrassi”, “maccheroncini di Campofilone” with Marche ragù, “ngip 'ngiap” rabbit, accompanied by fine wines from the area such as: Pecorino, Passerina and Rosso Piceno Superiore.

On the ground floor cosy living room - kitchen furnished with sofas and television. The kitchen is well equipped with a dining table. There is a bathroom.

Going up to the first floor we find another small living room with sofa and fireplace, plus television. The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms:

1 double and 1 with two single beds + bathroom with shower

A terrace is available for guests.
