for starters this hotel is in a perfect area, is very clean, and totally modern and upgraded. My room was so comfortable and overlooked the canal. I would also like to shout out the staff. They had reached out to me days before my stay that there was going to be a train strike the day i was arriving and to be prepared. because of their warning I was able to rebook my train and make sure I got into Venice on the day I planned to. I would not have made it without their help and communication. In short, beautiful hotel amazing people!!

We walked from the train station and it wasn’t too hard to find with a 15 minute walk. Good communication from hotel admin beforehand so had check in details ready before we arrived and could check in straight away at 2pm. We had the loft apartment which was up a few flights of stairs but this was well worth it when we saw the view from the balcony. The ceilings were low which was tricky for navigating as tall people, but the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was very small and compact. We enjoyed the location with good access to lots of places to eat and supermarket nearby.

Great location in Venice

We were very happy with our choice in this hotel! Spent four nights there. Definitely recommend. However, the only issue with this place is that you have to go to another hotel that is over 600 metres away to go check in and get your codes for the entry and room which could by easily done electronically.

We were in a fantastic spot and the hotel to check in is only 5-10 minute walk away. The water taxi from the airport took us right up to the hotel on the canal. The staff were honestly so lovely and helped us in every way. The Fosca rooms were clean and we honestly enjoyed our stay so much - I think the only thing it could do with are some shelves in the bathroom. I would really recommend staying here.

Great location. But we had three adults and the pull out bed was terrible. Our third person couldn't sleep in it. No sheets either. And we had two instant coffee packets for two nights. Other than that it was a great location.

The room was lovely, clean, big, modern, with a nice view of the canal and nearby Chiesa. It's in a perfect location, just off the main walking path through Venice so it's always easy to find, but also in the beautiful Cannaregio area, with great restaurants and shops nearby. I definitely recommend staying here!

Nice location, 15 min. walk from the train station. Our room was clean and comfortable with a view on the canal. No breakfast but there are lots of options nearby. Be aware that you have to check-in in advance in order to get the code to enter the property. The check-in counter is in another hotel and the staff is really friendly and helpful. This property was amazingly good, however there wasnt any shower gel/soap on arrival. Its conveniently close to great dining options and the water taxi. If i were to visit Venice again i would stay here again. Note, there are no elevators so you will have to use the staircase with your suitcase.

Everything is excellent. Except for the noise in the adjacent room. We can here everything. Especially at 4am when intimate relationship happened. The light also reflect in our room from underneath the door.
