Logement parfait pour une totale immersion
Publié le 8 août 2020 sur HomeAwayLogement idéal pour une famille avec deux enfants. Toutes commodités, très propre. Idéalement situé dans une rue calme tout en étant tout proche du vaporetto et de la place St Marc. Quartier très agréable avec tous commerces à proximité. Accueil très chaleureux avec toutes les informations pratiques nécessaires. Et quelle délicate attention d'avoir déposé des bouteilles d'eau au frais! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Bel appartement vénitien agréable à vivre
Publié le 29 oct. 2018 sur HomeAwayL'appartement possède le raffinement des habitations traditionnelles vénitiennes : terrazzo au sol, volumes importants, lustres de Murano, belles et grandes fenêtres gothiques qui éclairent très largement le salon et les chambres...Tout cet environnement est très agréable ; il est doté des équipements ménagers indispensables, on peut y faire la cuisine (il y a des commerces alimentaires intéressants à proximité) et l'équipement sanitaire est parfait ; la coexistence d'une la salle à manger et d'un salon pourvu d'une grande table permet de disposer d'un espace permanent de travail ou de jeux. Il est situé dans un quartier très calme bien qu'à immédiate proximité de San Marco et des stations de vaporetti. Excellent accueil sur place organisé par le propriétaire.

A short walk to all the main attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Both Angelo and Emamuela were very helpful and responsive to any questions or issues. They recommended a boat tour, met us at the boat stop after we arrived and made the visit a wonderful experience!

Fantastic location - close to major sites but in an area that I think has some actual locals. Apartment itself was luxurious and beautiful. Extremely well equipped and maintained. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet at night. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Host was amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Almost staying your family vacation home!

Emannuel was kind hostess, she met us on dock as we arrived by water bus, showed us apt in and out. She even gave us option as where to keep our bag if we wanted to keep luggages in apt. She was first of many people who warnning of pick pocket.
And I really appreciate your cleanness. My husband who had dust mite allergy did not cough single time while we were staying your place! Thanks!
If you come this way, you should stay this place. I definitly will stay again!
