Glows: proximity to the beach, spacious accommodations, lawn maintenance was timely and appropriate.Grows: pool deck and lanai need to be pressure washed and the cushion covers need to be replaced. A garage door opener would be useful, and toilets didn't flush well.

Terrific

House was extremely nice, beds were very comfortable, but the best part had to be the pool. Two-year-old learned to swim and loved swimming with her grandpa.Grill was dirty but hopefully we left it cleaner than when we first got there.All in all, we had a very good time.Thanks for letting us rent this great vacation home

Nice location and very spacious house with plenty of parking for multiple families.

We really enjoyed our stay. Within minutes to Manasota beach, close to Venice Beach and shopping areas. The only downfall was that the pool heater did not seem to be working properly. It was somewhat cold while we were there (60's-70's) and heat in the pool would have been nice. Other than that, I would recommend this property to anyone.

We loved the house! Planty of room feels very holy!

We loved everything about the house, planty of room for the hole family! Few thing may help if there will be more toilet paper and kitchen garbidge bags. But other then that we LOVE the stay! It was worth a drive from CA. Hope one day to return!

...if you are in Venice / Nokomis / Englewood - we really enjoyed this home. Property management is super friendly and resolved some issues we had (with AC) quickly. Do we want to go back here again? That's a no-brainer, yes we would!
