Nice place with convenient location

Reception was in another hotel nearby. They also had breakfast although we did not opt for it as they did not have much vegetarian options. There is a coffee machine in this hotel but they need to do a better job in cleaning or provide enough crockery (cups) and a better place to dump the used ones so that it looks clean.

The best thing is the location of the property. The air conditioning was working poorly and there is no elevator you have to use stairs.

We had a great stay in the apartment for two days. Lots of space and great location - 3 minutes to walk to the main canal and lots of places to dine and shop. Easy access with our suitcases and there was an elevator. Lovely little balconies, air conditioning and full amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel staff were very pleasant for both check in and check out, helpful and friendly.

Location is great but too small. Hard to use the keys to open the doors. Bed is very hard and pillows are super thin. Can’t close the bathroom from outside. Tiny bathroom but close to everything

The room was spacious and clean. However, it did not have a view of the canals. It was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but they had someone who would carry the luggage to the room and come get the luggage when we checked out. They arranged a water taxi for us and took us to the exact spot to get it. Very helpful customer service.

Staff is very friendly. The property is clean and conveniently located to St Marks and Rialto bridge. There is a coffee machine in the lobby area but doesn’t work sometimes. Overalls we enjoyed the stay very much.

Nice property but air doesn’t work well. Had it on the lowest setting for 2 nights and never would cool off. Also if you are planning on using WiFi this is not the place for you. The service goes in and out continuously.

I made this same day reservation by mistake on Expedia, and called immediately to rectify the mistake when the confirmation came in. Expedia contacted the hotel to inform them of the problem and they still charged my credit card and said it was not possible to change the dates, because it was a same day reservation. The hotel the were sorry, there was nothing they could do. I feel they ripped me off and were not helpful in rectifying the situation as long as they got my money.

This hotel is in an amazing spot, very close to all major attractions. There is an amazing breakfast offered at nearby sister hotel. I would for sure stay here again.
