Comfortable in Quiet Neighborhood.

The open airy living room features comfortable furnishings, and fantastic floors. It's a bright sunny room with cable HDTV and internet, a DVD player and large selection of DVD's.

The dining table is situated in front of sliding doors which open fully (it's a pocket door) to the pool, providing a tranquil view of the water and tropical plants.


The pool area features a large covered outdoor area with additional dining tables and overhead fans and lights, lounge chairs and gas grill. Sit in the shade or in the sun overlooking a beautiful pool, surrounded by colorful plants both inside and outside the pool cage. The pool is solar heated and surrounded by lush landscaping.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are open to the living area. There's a bar between the kitchen and dining area with stools for extra seating.

The laundry room with large capacity washer/dryer is off the hall that leads to the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a king bed, large closet, two dressers, and a desk. The en suite bathroom has a large tiled shower.

There are two additional bedrooms each having a queen bed, large closet, and triple dresser and mirror. These bedrooms share a full bath.

This is an outstanding vacation experience filled with comfort, privacy, convenience and visual beauty in a quiet neighborhood.

Public beaches are a short drive or a beautiful bike ride along the intercoastal waterway.

Nearby Shamrock Park and Nature Center offers a 80 acre preserve, tennis courts and is the starting point for miles of biking and walking along the intercostal waterway.

Visit beautiful downtown Venice Island. Stroll the palm tree lined streets where you'll find unique shops and dining.

Sarasota is 25 min away, Tampa 1.5 hours and Orlando about 2 hours.

Great vacation

The home is in a wonderful neighborhood and the neighbors are so friendly. The pool was amazing for my family. The home is very close to many beaches. Everything within reach

Been vacationing in venice for 40+ years. This a great centralized location to take in everything . All of the beaches are within 8-14 minutes, even gasparilla island is just a short drive. The home suited all of our needs and the kids loved the screened in pool area! Awesome host, helpful, polite and easy to het a hold of. Will definotely go back

Mini snow birds

We have stayed here before and loved the property so we came back this year for an extended stay. The house was very clean when we arrived and the pool area wonderful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and had a very relaxing time spending time outside in any weather with the covered patio or poolside getting some sun and time spent in the pool. We will definitely keep this property on top of our list when staying in Venice. Thank you Kathleen for being such a gracious host!

Lovely beach home

We chose this home for its proximity to the beach as well as it having a swimming pool. Neither disappointed. The house itself had everything you’d need to enjoy a relaxing trip. Kathleen, the owner, was lovely and responsive the entire trip. We will be staying again ❀

Served it’s purpose alright

Entry into the home was quick & easy. Ac was not working properly the first two days of our stay so it was quite hot but Kathleen went above and beyond to rectify/resolve the situation and did get the AC fixed. The family really enjoyed playing the life & farkle games provided. We hoped to play taboo also but unfortunately it smelled like urine 😬 The separate AC unit in the master was fabulous and kept the temp great in there. Master bed is like sleeping in a ditch & really needs to be replaced. The house itself(broken lamp/closet door) & kitchen pots/pans could use some updating/care/sprucing up. The couch was super comfy! The close access to several beaches was very convenient! We found lots of cool sharks teeth & enjoyed the shopping & pastries. The kids enjoyed the pool. Kathleen is incredibly sweet & you can tell she really cares. For the price it did the trick.

Perfect place!

This was our first time to spend a week in Florida ( to get away from cold Pennsylvania winters). We just loved the house. We are thinking about relocating maybe some day in the future. I told my husband if this was our house I would be packing tomorrow to move south. It was very well stocked with anything we needed. The pool was area was delightful. We have friends that do the winter in Florida. They came over one afternoon and enjoyed our lovely pool with us. The neighborhood is very quiet. I took walks every morning. But we were close to many restaurants and places to shop. A+++ place to stay! I’m sad that it is already booked for next year.

Christmas 2021

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. House was well stocked with anything you would need on vacation. Easily accessible to foods, stores, grocery and most of all THE BEACH. The ferry is a must, beach was not crowded. We found an abundance of shark teeth and sand dollars between 3 beaches close to the house. Kathleen is a great host and very quick to respond with any and all questions. We arrived one day earlier than expected and we were able to go ahead and check in.
