New apartment in quiet street, just 10 minutes by tram from Venice.
It's completely renovated, with new bathroom, new furnishing, and air conditioning.
The apartment is very spacious (100 square meters) and luminous, with a lot of windows. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds), a spacious kitchen (with dish washer, fridge, oven, table and chairs), and a spacious living room to relax, plus a balcony.
The apartment is located 10 minutes by tram. The center of Mestre is 10-15 minutes by walk, or 5 minutes by tram. Close to the apartment there are a lot of shops.
We provide bed linens, and towels, and there is air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area.
